We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I use amélia to sell dog training courses. I only offer packs (10-hour packs, etc.). I notice that my customers and employees receive a very brief notification by email which is the "package purchased" notification and do not receive the complete "appointment approved" notification. How can I ensure that they only receive "appointment approved" notifications containing the name of the package purchased?
In addition, I don't receive any notifications as an admin. How can I receive a notification to let me know that an appointment has been booked with one of my employees?
Thanks
Hello Audrey,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Currently, only the notification "package purchased" will be sent to the customer once they purchase a package from the front end. If you or they book an appointment from the customer panel, then the notification will be sent according to the status (booked, pending, etc)
The same goes if you book an appointment for the customer from the backend. They will receive a notification depending on the appointment status.
To receive the notifications as an admin, you need to add your email to the Notifications, the field is called "Send notifications to additional email" since by default only employees and customers are getting the notifications.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Thanks for your answer.
I only sell packages.. Isn't there any possibility to sent the "appointement approuved" notification and the "customer panel" notification when my customer buy a package?
Hello Audrey,
Apologies for the delayed answer.
The customer panel notification is sent when a customer books an appointment for the service, but when the customer buys a package, only the notification template "package purchased" is sent. Unforunatelly, the appointment-approved notification is only sent when the customer books an appointment from the package, through the customer panel.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
