I'm in the process of setting up recurring events for a children's gymnastics center using Amelia WP.
We've established a schedule, and I'd like users (who arrive via a paid landing page) to have the option to select a trial class. My goal is for them to choose only one slot. However, we're encountering an issue where some classes offer just a single weekly slot, while others provide multiple options. In addition, depending on the shortcode used, Amelia seems to be mistakenly displaying past events as well.
What I'm aiming for is a system that displays ongoing classes (preferably not calendar, or combined calendar and list view), upon selecting a specific class, interface presents the available slots for that class, allowing the user to book a single session and register.
I'm uncertain about which view would be most effective, but it appears that utilizing the event catalogue might be the best approach since it interacts with preset classes (events) rather than booking an open slot (which isn't our objective).
Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
