Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

Viene effettuata una prenotazione, successivamente il cliente decide di disdire l'appuntamento e cosi viene confermata la cancellazione. dopo di che chi prenota nello stesso orario della prenotazione cancellata in precedente risulta alla fine della prenotazione fascia orario non disponibile, perche?

After that we cancel that appointment form your customer panel and we were able to book the same time slot without any issues.

You can see in the video that everything is working fine when we test as customers and we do not see and issues.

Il problema è principalmente con il dipendente PEPPE LATINO, Provi a prenotare giorno 14/02/2024 alle ore 17:00 - 17:30 e cosi può vedere che le da un errore alla fine della prenotazione

You are trying to book in the past and this is not possible you are trying to book on the 16th for 14th. If you find any issues in the future please let us know so that we can take a closer look but you can not book in the past from the booking form.
