I am very happy with the possibility to let people pay an account if they are not ready to pay full amount online! I would like to change the order by asking to pay the full amount first and let them check a box "pay an account" if they want to pay only a part of it online. I don't want to encourage people to pay an account.. For the moment Amelia first propose to pay the account and you need to check a box to pay full amount. How can I do to change the order on the font end? Thanks
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. As you said, you need to enable the deposit option first, and depending on that option, the option to pay the ammount in total will appear.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
