my paypal checkout doesnt work anymore. the credentials and the sercret are correct. i get follwing error message: "Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later. I get following respone from the server: message":"Authentication failed due to invalid authentication credentials or a missing Authorization header." im using amelia booking services on my wordpress page. So far everything worked fine. But now i get this error
Can you please check again your Live Client ID and Live Secret on your PayPal account?
With PayPal, there are only two ways where customers can make mistakes. The first one is to use Live credentials when Sandbox mode is enabled, and the second one it to copy the wrong PayPal credentials(“Client ID” and “Secret”)
yes the credentials are correct. When i look up my browser development tools i can see following error messages:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () checkout.js?ver=1707844588:76 ppxo_no_token_passed_to_payment Object @ checkout.js?ver=1707844588:76 checkout.4.0.338.js:2101
Hello, i digged a bit deeper into the developer tools of google chrome and found something. Chrome has an issue with the formfield and demands an id. i took a snapshot of the errors for you to take a look.
hey, sorry for all the posts.. im just trying to get things sorted.
I managed to get following informations:
1.) I checked again and credentials are fine. Sandbox mode is working correctly but life mode doesnt.
2.) Chrome shows some deprecation warnings fpr the papyal checkout form. I attached a screenshot. I think that is the issue. For some reason the details a customer makes in the formfields dont get recognized and are not send forward with the api call. Thats why i get an error. the mandatory values are not getting filled.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Have you disabled the Sandbox mode?

I guess there is no need anymore. For some reason and i didnt do anything, everything seems to work again.
So you can close the ticket for now. My advise for anyone who has the same problem would be to just wait it out.
Thank you for your help.
