i tried to create new employee i found error message regarding the mail address "the mail already exists" while there is no mail for this user in my website, kindly advice how to proceed with adding the employee
If Amelia shows this error then this mail must be in use. Please check WP users for this mail if you do not find it in Wp or in Amelia you will need to search this mail in your database in Amelia users column and to delete this user from there.
