Hi,
I'm starting a new project with Amelia and i'd like to know what the best setup would be.
The company is renting cars for tours. They have 10 cars in total. The cars can be booked individual (so 10 bookings in the same time slot should be possible), or the bookings can be combined (max 4 people in a car). Next to that the customer should be able to choose a color of the car.
Should I setup each car as an employee? Or is there a diffrent setup possible?
Regards Wouter
Hello Wouter van Maaren,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Perhaps you can create service as cars instead of the employees, since if you enable the maximum capacity of service to 2 or above, the customers will be able to book the same timeslot until the maximum capacity is reached. Also, by enabling this option, you are allowing the customer to bring more people with him until the limit is reached. This option is called "bringing someone with you" and it is available once you set the maximum capacity to 2 or more.
As for the colors, you can add the custom fields with the selection option. This information will be visible in the backend for the particular appointment.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
