I can't figure out why my appointment time is not the same as my business hours. My business hours are 9a to 5p, but the available appointment options are from 7a to 4:20p. What am I doing wrong? Please Help,
You need to configure the employee working hours since the timeslots depend on the availability of the employee. Please note that there are differences between the Global Working hours and employee working hours. Employee working hours will override the Global working hours and you want to make sure that you are always using them instead of the Global Working hours.
