I have created the integration with Google Meet to schedule the meeting. Below is the setup
1. Google Account A -> Admin account through which the APIs are enabled and we got the Client ID and Key
2. Now employee connected Google Account B(their own Google Account)
3. Now customer with Google Account C books a service with Employee B
I can see the meetings in the calendar of Employee B and Customer Account C. Is there a way to add the meeting to the calendar of Account A as well or any other Email ID?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. What you can do is you can place Google meet placeholder in notifications and then in notifications settings you can add you mail as additional address and in this way you will get each notifications that is being sent from Amelia and in this way you will have this google meet link.
This is the only solution for this at this time hope this helps.
