Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

    Can we use the basic zoom option or we have to use the paid plan with zoom?

    Now is working ok but we have the paid plan with zoom, if we downgrade the plan with zoom, can we still link the zoom account with different account with each employer?

    I was reading the support an it says:

     If you want each employee to be linked to their Zoom account, you must pay the Zoom premium and add users through the Users section. They can't use private accounts, so you would have to pay Zoom Premium to get slots for additional users. When you add them, you can then link them through the Employees section to a specific Zoom account within the organization created in Zoom.

    That is still the case or it has changed now?

    Hello Eduardo,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    By default, when you have the initial integration with Zoom, you can connect employees to that Zoom user, but if you want to connect each employee to a different Zoom user, you need to create "users" in the Zoom account.  So, there are no changes made, you still need to use the plan according to the Zoom requisites.
