Can you please send us new URL and also in the mean time check if you have enabled Stripe for that service in services settings payments. If you want to show credit card field you need to enable Stripe.

As mentioned previously, I have deactivated all the plugins, except for website host, woo-commerce, and Amelia App. I have also consulted with the technicians on Hostinger, who confirm the issue is with the booking app itself. Please see screenshot of chat below.
Firstly we have to ask you that when you write to us, do it in one ticket, not in 10 seperate tickets, and that when you send us something, wait for us to look at it and send you an answer. The question is divided into 10 tickets and reading it backwards can lead to the fact that we either misunderstand or skip something.
In general, we have never seen the issue of card fields occasionally working because that field must always work unless there is a conflict with it.
Unfortunately, we cannot verify this because we cannot access your site and we are sending you a very short video as you requested where you can see that we tried to access your site 2 more times with 2 different links and we got a typo error.
Please take a look at a video and tell us what it wrong with a link.

1. To try out our new 2.0 booking form [ameliastepbooking] instead old outdated form [ameliabooking] there you should not have any issues
2. Just in case if they need them to same time can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that they would need temporary admin credentials so that they can take a look at this issue and they said that with new 2.0 booking forms you should not have any issues if you want you can switch to a new booking form before they resolve this issue with old booking forms and then all should work on your site.
