Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

For some reason, the notification template for the Customer panel was turned off. If it's enabled and you try to reset the password, the link is sent and it's working fine
The issue here is that the content is mixed (http and https) on your website. If you install "Really Simple SSL" plugin, it should resolve the issue, but before this, my advice is to back up your website.
When you do that, simply access your dashboard, and you'll see this:
Simply click on "Go ahead, activate SSL!" and the issue should be fixed.

I've deactivated all the extensions, only Amelia remains and the error message is still there:

I was able to log in. Looks like the issue is coming from the fact that some services are hidden, i was able to reproduce the issue.
We are already fixing this, but for the time being, you can revert back to the previous version to have a working booking form.
