Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi. When booking appointments on backend we are only able to book in one person for one slot even one slots capacity is 5 people.
The same slot shows available to book on frontend calendar.
In more detail:
We have pilates class at 18:30 on 16th Feb - Capacity 5 people.
We manually book an appointment for one person for this date and time slot - Capacity should be left to 4.
We then try to book another appointment for the same class, date and time, but that slots shows unavailable.
We have tried doing this with other services and get the same issue. This seems like a huge bug which I hopefully can be fixed.

Hello Andzelika,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
It's not a bug, this option is more related to the front end, where the customer can book the same timeslot, but you can also do it from the backend. You would need to create a new appointment, the click on the pencil icon to edit the appointment, and then in the field where the customer is already assigned, you need to add the customers manually.
In this way, you are adding multiple customers for the appointment on the same date/ time
Let me know when you try.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

just a quick question: how do we apply no show tags? It is enabled , but we can’t find how to add those tags for the customer who didn’t show
thanks
Hello Andzelika,
When this option is enabled, all customers who had appointments in the past marked as “No Show”, will have a Tag (different color across their names) in the Customer’s profile and in the Appointments section. A gray tag indicates the customer who failed to show up once; a yellow tag indicates the customer who failed to show up twice; and a red tag indicates the customer who failed to show up 3 or more times.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

hi, thanks for quick response. Yes. This information ive seen, but my question is how to actually mark the customer as no show?
We looked at appointments, customers itself and weren’t able to find anything related to no show tags.
Thanks
Hello Andzelika,
Once an appointment has passed you will see the option to set the appointment status to "no show"
Once you apply it, the customer will automatically get the tag no show and you will be able to see it next to his name
This is added automatically as soon as you set the appointment as a no-show, but depending on the number of "no shows" the color will be changed.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

yes this is what i was looking for. It seems to be working with appointments that have one customer only? Our classes hold 5 people per appointment and only 1 customer didn’t show.
Setting a no show tag on that appointment would label other customers as no show too?
I can’t seem to find to apply the tag to individual customers
thanks
Hello Andzelika,
It's the same procedure as booking multiple customers to the same timeslot. You can click on edit the particular appointment, and then you can choose the appointment status for each customer individually
Just to note, this is possible only with the appointments that are in the past.

Stefan Petrov
