We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We sometimes use coupons for event registrations. I'd like to be able to include the coupon that was used in the email notifications (and I understand how to do that).
However, most of our enrollments do not use a coupon. So it would be best if I could somehow only display the coupon information if a coupon was used. Is there some variant of the placeholder that would display it conditionally (if exists, display)? Is there some conditional logic I can add to the notification template that would test whether there is a value?
Thanks!
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, you should be able to achieve something like that. If you want to show this data to your employee you need to set in notifications placeholder %coupon_used% like this
Then if a coupon is used this this placeholder will be populated with data and it will show what coupon was used.
Please try this out and let u know how it goes.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Your instructions tell me what I already knew: how to add the placeholder to the email notification.
But based on the phrase at the end, "if a coupon is used this this placeholder will be populated with data," I think that answers my question. Which is that if no coupon is used, nothing will appear in the placeholder location. And that's my desired outcome. Thanks.
Hello again Mike,
You are most welcome, and we are glad if we were able to help you. Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
