By default, the service name is displayed this like, but it can be fixed with the custom CSS. We would need the URL of the page where the booking form is located.

Unfortunatelly, the CSS is not universal, that's why i asked for the URL of the page where the booking form is, so i could tag the elements

Here is something that you can try 

am-adv-select__popper .el-cascader-node {
    text-indent: unset !important;
    list-style: none !important;
}
.am-adv-select__popper .el-cascader-node::before {
    display: none !important;
}

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
