Hi there. Amelia manager role does not allow to book/edit appointments from Amelia/Appointments page.

The appointments can only be edited/booked through the Calendar page. I have set up full access capabilities for Amelia Manager role but only that bit doesn't work. The blue "+" button at the top right doesn't show and all booked appointments can't be edited. See screenshot attached. Only the user with admin role can book appointments from appointments page.

Also, I was searching through your documentation and it does state that Amelia Manager can book appointments from Appointments page. Is is so strange that I am not able to do it under this role.

We are using Woocommerce for our website, the main role for the user is Shop Manager and Amelia Manager is set as an additional Role. However, I've tried switching the main role to Amelia Manager but it doesn't solve this issue.

    Help Please

    Hello Andzelika,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the manager user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?

If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.

    Kind Regards,

Hi, yes, the manager had the same email is emoloyee because she is one of the employees and the manager as well.

I have changed the managers email address to her personal one, but the issue is still there.

We cant really change an employees email, the manager-employee  needs to be able to receive booking notifications to business email address

And just to add, she can access everything else in amelia, except the editing on appointments page

Okay, I found the problem. She had two additional roles. not only the amelia shop manager, but the amelia employee as well.

I removed the amelia employee and now it works. thank you.
