Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi! I am in the process of configuring Amelia and am having trouble figuring out how to set appointments. I'm doing coaching, and at the moment will only have a few appointments per month. So it's not like I'll be doing every Tuesday. I tried to set them as Special Days and choose the specific days, but they didn't show up in the calendar when I did that. How can I configure it so I can choose only a few specific days and times each month? Thank you!
Hello Julia,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please reset those special days for the employee and let me know if it works or not?
If it doesn't, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uroš!
That worked -- I reset them and now they are showing up. Thank you!
Julie
Hi Uroš,
I'm coming back to say that this problem is *mostly* solved, but for some reason, sometimes when I add a Special Day, it doesn't show up in the calendar. See attached screenshots: I have designated four days for appointments, and one of them (April 10) isn't showing up. Any ideas why? Thanks for your help.
Julie

Hello Julie,
It could be that the service is 2 hours long and the special day working hours is 1 hour long.
Please let me know if that is the case.
Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you for this, I think that's the problem. The service is one hour long but I built in buffer time, so it's essentially longer than one hour. I made that block of time on April 10 two hours long, and then it shows up on the calendar. I'll keep playing around with this, but that solves that problem.
