I have a website that needs to be priced by the hour. Here is how I have it set up:

Category > Service 1 >  2 employees with different hours

Service 1 is  10am-10pm and set hourly but no price

    Employee 1  is  10am-4pm  $40

    Employee 2  is  4pm-10pm  $45

Both Employees are set to service 1

I have custom duration and pricing set for service 1:  1 hours up to 12 hours

The only issue is: I select try to book 3 hours, it will not let met select 3pm-6pm. Is this because its on two different employee times? I need the person who is booking to be able to select as many hours as they want and it to overlap into a second employees time.

We also have this problem. Also, if you try to book the time slot and have more employees, it will still give you the space/object available, when in fact it is already occupied by other customers.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You can not combine work hours of 2 employees so that one customer can book one appointment with two employees. This simply is not possible to achieve with Amelia. You can set custom durations and set available work hours but this can be only booked with one employee at a time.

What you want to achieve is not possible at this moment.

In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
