We don't work on weekends so it adds two days to the waiting time.
We appreciate your patience.

I notice you opened a new ticket #3581691 with the same Title, so I presume both are related to the same issue you originally described on this Ticket?
If that is the case, for future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic,
as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already)
or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue; it will not speed anything up.
We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience.
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you.
Thank you for your understanding.
Now, to focus on the issue at hand. Thank you for passing the error text on the other Ticket.
Un errore di E_ERROR è stato causato nella linea 4550 del file /home/gj4cbch9/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/source/class.wpdatatable.php.
So the error message is :
Uncaught Error: Call to a member function setFilterType() on bool in /home/gj4cbch9/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/source/class.wpdatatable.php:4550
This is the part of the Code from our Plugin that the error points to :
$this->column_id = $key;
// Set filter types
$this->getColumn($column->orig_header)->setFilterType($column->filter_type);
We are not able to reproduce this issue, as you described it, such as removing some Columns called from an SQL Query, when we try that, everything works fine on our end, and so far, you are the only User that reports it, so it seems to be an isolated issue on your Site.
Maybe we are not doing everything exactly the same as you are - perhaps you tried to set some specific filter options on some Column that does not support it or something else, but we can't guess too much without seeing more details.
1. Could you please record a Video of your Screen so that we can see exactly what you change in your Query, which Columns are being removed when you modify the Query and how the issue looks when that happens?
If the video shows any sensitive data, please mark the reply as PRIVATE, for Security reasons, then only we can see it.
And if the Video gets too large for the ticket, upload it to anything like weTransfer and send me a download link.
2. After we see exactly the steps you do/what you modify on your Table when this happens, we can also take a remote look at your Setup and try to debug the issue for you.
If you wish us to do that in the end,
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens,
as well as FTP credentials and access to the database ( either link with credentials for PHPmyAdmin, or access to Hosting Panel),
so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
It does not work. By modifying the SQL and removing some columns, the column list continues to maintain those initially inserted.
The method is terrible

And point me to the Table ID, please.
Thank you.
