Yes, we are working in that feature for some time. This is a pretty big feature and it is number one on our list for big features to be implemented it is testing/development mode since we are working out the kinks and we will not implement it until we sort everything up. This is a big feature that is tied to number of other features so it takes more them then we originally planned. We are working on that and it is one of the top priorities and as soon as we are satisfied we will implement it but we cannot give eta at this time.

Unfortunately ALL other software booking tools already have this feature for some time. I do not understand the reason as to why you have been working on the feature "for some considerable time". Its not exactly a feature that is new on the market.
Our customers need this basic feature and ask us for it constantly. We are losing customers because we cannot provide it. Please let me know when/ at least which year you will be able to provide this feature because i need to know if I need to look for another booking tool.
We have a suggestion page where we monitor votes so based on demand from our users we implement features. This was not implemented before because it was not on the top of the suggestion list that our users asked for many more option to be implemented before that. As soon as reach to the top of the page our developers started working on that and we hope that it will be implemented soon. They are working on it already and as soon as we are satisfied with the way it works we will implement it in Amelia. We do not have en eta but hopefully it will be soon.

we have been using the Amilia booking tool since 2020. We would like to know if the function "waiting List " has been activated?
