Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Bonjour,

Issue with Amelia Forms Not Displaying Due to JS Minification

    Dear Amelia Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I've encountered with the Amelia booking plugin on my WordPress site, specifically when using it in conjunction with the WP Rocket caching plugin.

After thorough testing and troubleshooting, I've identified that the problem arises when the "Minify JS Files" option within WP Rocket plugin is activated. With this option enabled, the Amelia booking forms 2.0 fail to appear for users who are not logged in, including those in incognito mode or guest users. This significantly impacts the user experience and functionality of the booking system on my site.

Upon deactivating the "Minify JS Files" feature, the forms become visible and function correctly for all users. While this workaround temporarily resolves the issue, it is not an ideal solution as it compromises the site's overall performance optimization.

Given the circumstances, I am reaching out to inquire if there are known compatibility issues between Amelia and JS minification processes, and if so, whether there are any recommended solutions or workarounds that would allow me to re-enable JS minification without affecting the functionality of Amelia's forms.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance, updates, or patches you might have to address this compatibility issue. Ensuring both optimal performance and functionality is crucial for the user experience on my site.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and your ongoing support. I look forward to your prompt response and any suggestions you may have.

    Best regards,
