There is an option that you can enable and it's called "Show booking slots in client time zone". If this is enabled,  booking slots will be displayed in client time zone.

Also, make sure that you set the WP timezone to city. When you select the city you're in, in WordPress' General Settings, the system automatically calculates the Daylight Savings Time, and shifts the clock accordingly, so if you have any issues with what you see on the front-end vs what you see in the back-end, always check the Time Zone in WordPress.

    display: none!important;

#pane-first > div.am-eli__timetable.am-eli__main-item > p:nth-child(6){
    display: none!important;
}

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
