So far I have not been able to finish the set up of Amelia in my web site. Needles to say I have not received a penny by using Amelia...

The person that helps me with my web has sent messages to the team of my hosting trying to resolve why I cannot receive the notifications when someone try to set up a free evaluation with me, and probably, enrolling in any of my services too.

I will copy and pace here what CDmon Hosting has sent me this afternoon pointing to what they found that is not working... since it has to be with Amelia Plugging:

Haciendo pruebas con la función de test SMTP, hemos encontrado un registros del problema, parece ser que el plugin falla el envío debido al siguiente error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () https://www.alinetisato.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&cal[..]

Se ha comprobado que el servidor no restringe el contenido, aún asi se ha mirado de desactivar el módulo de seguridad temporalmente para ver si pudiera ser parte del impedimento, aunque el error se sigue generando.

También vemos otros errores:

En este caso se trata de un Aviso de "Deprecated", es decir, programación obsoleta o no compatible con su actual versión de PHP. Vista la información, recomendamos que contacten con los desarrolladores del plugin para conseguir más información o pistas acerca de los posibles motivos que generen el error comentado anteriormente, ya que parece directamente relacionado con el envío:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () https://www.alinetisato.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&cal[..]

El servidor de SMTP no alberga ningún registro de conexión, ya sean exitosos o de rechazo, por lo que parece que no se está llegando a realizar la comunicación.

Thanks for your work trying to make it function but from what the person that helps me on this, from what he says, he has other clients using Amelia and none of them have such a problem...

He said the problem is with the hosting company I am using to host my web site and that I have to change to a new one.

I am traveling at the moment and will look into it in a week time.

I hope the problem is solved with a new hosting and if not, I will give up on trying to have a web site.

I really hope it works.

I actually have managed to sort the problem out creating a New Notification and  deactivating the one I could not delete.
