It seems it could be a bug which only happens on non-server-side Tables ( linked to file source like google sheet/CSV/Excel and similar), but it seems it does not happen on server-side Tables ( like SQL based Tables with server-side processing).
You can download my Video here if you wish, just a short demonstration how Pagination works for a Server-Side SQL Table compared to the Google Sheet Table.
We will conduct more testing with our QA to try and isolate how the issue manifests exactly, and we will report back after more results.
Thanks again for reporting it, and for your patience, we will report back as soon as we have more details about it.
It seems we can confirm the issue happens only on non-server-side tables definitelly.
For example, in our SQL Table ID 1 on the Demo sandbox, if we disable server-side option, the issue with Pagination happens, then this Column does not change through Pagination;
But if we enable server-side, then it does not have that issue.
So, for the time being, if you already have our licence or plan on getting one, you can use server-side Tables ( Manual Tables and SQL Tables with server-side enabled) to work around this issue;
Our developers are still working on fixing this Bug.
Unfortunately, we still don't have any temporary fix or a workaround.
A new Update will be released soon, so please keep a lookout on our wpDataTables changeLog during Updates to check if our developers noted this fix there.
If they create any temporary fix in between two updates, I will make sure to send it to you.
Sorry for the inconvenience of not being able to provide a more accurate ETA on it.
Hi! Using your demo site and demo google sheet I found an error whey trying to apply Transform value
Table demo here https://sandbox.wpdatatables.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpdatatables-constructor&source&table_id=25
If I just add something to the Transform value box, the table pagination starts to fail.

Hi Ghia Mar,
Just a small follow-up.

until our devs fix it.
You can see my new Video here that demonstrates that difference. https://we.tl/t-S0DHbAdiQm
Our developers isolated the bug, and they'll add it to their queue for fixing.
They will do their best to build a fix as soon as possible.
We don't have an ETA on when the fix will be available, but please keep a lookout on our wpDataTables changeLog.
It will be stated there during updates which bug fixes have been implemented at each update.
I will let you know if we make a fix in between Updates.
Thanks again for reporting it.
Kind Regards,
