Hi there. we use amelia for my clients pilates studio.
We offer classes and private sessions available. However for the private sessions the customers should contact us first.
We would like to continue displaying the private classes in the same format like other classes, but instead of a book button for those we would like to have “contact us” which takes the customer to our contact page.
Is this possible?
Also, is there a way to disable class booking for customers who buy a private class package? So only employees could book sessions from that package when aggreed?
Unfortunately, what you want to achieve is not possible at the moment. If a service is shown and you have available dates customer can book it. Same goes for private service if they book private service there is no option to prevent them to bok another service. Amelia is not designed in that what so this setup is not possible at this time.
