I am working on the notifications. Everything works fine except the code %service_name%. Email come back with translation as "service name" instead to give the service (hypnosis). All codes work, don't get it.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I can see that you tried this with the test notification, but when a test notification is sent out, the placeholders will not be rendered and will be shown with some default values (John Doe, Service Name).
Please let me know if it works with the real appointment.

Hi Uros,
Ah I am confused because all the reste changed in the test email .
Hello Cedric,
It is actually the default data that AMelia sends out with the test email.
Please let me know if this works for the real appointment.
Looking forward to your reply.
