Not sure what do you mean by link exactly but pretty sure that there is no such option. You can customize each template for each notification.

So once you click and choose a notification you will see on right </> Show Email Placeholders

You need to click there and then all placeholders that are available for that notifications will appear

So only these placeholders can be used for that notification. When you click on another notification different placeholder may appear for that notification only and so on.

Unfortunately, no, for packages you can have only one default notifications when the purchase. But appointments form a package are just like regular single appointments and you can create new notification for each service. This way when they book an appointment from a customer panel they can get this custom notifications for that service
