Hi there, I watched your videos about users and amelia employees and saw that in order to connect an amelia employee to a WP user with the role author, you would need an additional plugin to also assign the amelia employee role to the user in question..
Is it not possible to set Amelia up so that you can choose between the author users in general without having to edit the specific user? Or in my case; be able to select users with the subscriber role?
To assign the Amelia customer or employee with the WP users, you would need to have the correct WP user role. For example, you can only assist the WP user with the Amelia employee user role with the Amelia Employee. The same goes for the customers.
When creating an employee, in the expanding menu, you will see just the user roles with the corresponding user roles.
