We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Dear,
I'm wondering how can I select specific location for a service?
Currently I've set Online and HQ Location but when I assign all services to it some are local and some are only for online purposes but sadly they can select physical location and online service.
How can I divide the two?

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Service work hours, days and locations depend on what you set in your employee work hours. So if you are working on both services at the same time then this is not possible I'm afraid. You can either set that you are working on service A from 9 to13 and on service B from 13 to 17.
Or you can create 2 employees and set that they are working on separate services. And then you connect both Employees to the same Google Calendar, then in case there's a booking for let's say 10 am with Employee A, then the same time slot at 10 am will be unavailable for further bookings with Employee B as well.
This way they will have to work in "fixed" pairs. There is not other way to achieve this. Hope this helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
