We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I want to create calendar that is structured :
1 Employer (me) - > i provide services on 3 different locations (towns) -> different available times on every location.
How can this be done? Right now i can see that i can only assign 1 location for me (Employer)
Hello Keija,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
In the employee working hours schedule, you have the option to assign the employee to multiple services, as well as to locations. You need to have at least two of each, so you can assign the employee on a particular service or location.
Please find more information regarding the employee working hours configuration on this link.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Keija,
Apologies, when you have questions or issues that are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Regarding the employee working hours, as per the previous link sent, in the employee work hours section, you have the option to assign timeslots for each day, as well as the service and location for each time slot. This also works for a single employee, as well as for multiple employees.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
