Hi Amelia team, qq: i do have the case on a regular basis where i have an absence in the team and i have to manually change the appointments of that one team-member and asign somebody else to the customer.
Is there a way to mass-change the teammember that is connected to all the customers of one day (instead of opening up every appointment manually)? So instead of Dr. One it's Dr. 2 handling all customers of a whole day?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. What you want to achieve is not possible I'm afraid and all appointments must be changed one at a time.
