When there are two appointments for the same timeslot, this is how it's showing in the Google Calendar

You can control what information goes to the Google Calendar in Google Calendar settings, Event Title and Description

As you can see, you can add the placeholders to the Event Title and Event Description for both Appointments and Events.

Also, make sure that you are using the latest version of Amelia 7.4.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Apologies for the delayed answer. I took some time to test everything in our local environment. Unfortunatelly, it's not possible to change the display of the appointment in the Google Calendar. Google Calendar will always show the appointments as "merged" if the appointments are booked for the same timeslot. As you can see, you can click to open the appointment and in the description, you will see the number of guests, as well as the description that has been added to the Event Information in the Google Calendar

As for the location, this is coming from the location that has been assigned to the customer. Since everything is related to each other, it will actually read the location of the employee, even though there is no placeholder added.

As for the appointments missing, try increasing the maximum number of events returned to the higher number. This will increase the maximum number of events per page and it will display more events.

You need to enable "remove busy slots' first option, and then you will be able to change to higher number.

I understand completely, and, unfortunatelly, this issue is not so rare. This is the first workaround that we suggest when this issue occurs. Since we can test this on your Google Calendar, we have to double-check with you if it works and if it doesnt, then we proceed with the further troubleshooting.

You can leave it disabled if you don't want the "busy slots" to be removed. Feel free to test it with an increased number and it should be working properly.
