Hello, please help, I created 5 events about a month ago for a client with the plugin and everything went well with the setups, but now when I try to login from admin area I can only see 1 event, the other 4 is not available. But all events are visible from the front end, and also the plugin is not giving me access to edit the only event that is visible from the admin area. Please help me coz my client is frustrated and starting to think I'm not competent
You should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee.
Every role has different permissions and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
Woow! Thank you so much Stefan. You are a life saver, With your advice I managed to resolve the issue. My client was registered both as an administrator and a customer. This was the problem.
One more thing I need your assistance with, I'm also confused with setting up events. I created Training courses events and added different dates and two sessions on each day, which I need clients to be able to select any day or session they prefer. My challenge is that when they book the event for a specific date or session, they become automatically booked on all dates and sessions, and I need them to book only date and session per person. I hope this makes sense. Please advice me on what I might be missing or doing wrong.
The other issue regarding the Events is most probably because the event is created as a recurring event. Amelia creates multiple events for each day, but it's actually the recurring events.

Hello Boledi,
You are most welcome.
The other issue regarding the Events is most probably because the event is created as a recurring event. Amelia creates multiple events for each day, but it's actually the recurring events.
