It is not possible to to use online payment with free version of Amelia. This is also not supported in Starter version. This is available in Basic, Pro and Elite licenses.
I only see Free, Standard, Pro and Elite. I see the cart is not available on the Standard version, but it says 4 Payment providers is?
I'm only selling Hourly Services not products that require a cart.
So my question is will the Amelia Standard $198 version connect to my PayPal so I don't need to check out my clients on site?
In the settings area it says... PayPal Available from Standard license?

Yes, the Standard version does support 4 payment providers, while the Starter version has fewer options available. This means that you can connect online payment providers, like PayPal, and you can collect the payment by using the PayPal payment method.
