Events not going into cart or checkout. Cart and checkout have been excluded from caching. Purged the WooCommerce cache & browser cache. Not working on Chrome, Internet Explorer or Safari.
The issue usually occurs when there is no WooCoomerece product assigned to a service. When the initial integration between Amelia and WooCoomerce is enabled, Amelia creates a product in the backend, but it's not visible to the end customer. This product serves as the connection between Amelia and WooCoomerce.
In the services settings, make sure that the product is assignedÂ
Usually, when you are integrating WooCoomerce for the first time, Amelia creates a product named "appointment" and it is automatically assigned to the service once the WooCoomerce is turned on as the payment option. The point is to have the product assigned in the Service settings. You can delete the WooCoomerce plugin and try again, just follow the instructions on this link.
