We can assure you that our plugin is working fine without any issue so this must be some isolated issue on your end. We would love to help you and resolve the issue on your end but for that, we would need temporary admin credentials.

If you still want us to help and take a closer look please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

If you still want a refund please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:

We have tested this just in case and we can not replicate this on any device can you please try and access from some another device or from an incognito mode? This could be just a caching issue.
