Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

    You guys, I NEED A RESPONSE. I'm not getting any assistance here, I just paid over $100 for your plugin, and it does not work at all. I cannot create a single Service. My deadline project is due by end of day tomorrow. Answer within 12 hours (I've already waited over 48) or I'm demanding a full refund of all services and will find another provider.

    We have replied to your other ticket already please note that we do not work on weekends and our work hours are from 09 to 17 UTC +1 now is 09.05 and we have replied to your tickets as soon as it was possible

    For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.

    We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
