We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    We want to upgrade with you but we have one issue, We have been using PayPal on our first business for over 20yrs now and with the same phone number, they wont let us add a 2nd business to the same number.

    We have a Venmo account and can turn it into a business account for our subsidiary business were starting and was wondering if your plugin will work with Venmo since PayPal and Venmo are together.

    We don't have a direct integration with Venmo Payments, but you can find an Add-on for Venmo for the WooCommerce Gateway, and we do have a native integration with WooCommerce.

    So, if you find an adequate Add-on which can have Venmo,    you can also add the official 'PayPal Payments' WooCommerce Add-on and you can use both combined as part of the WooCommerce Gateway.
