And this can not be skipped.

You can shorten steps for services for example if you remove employee choice and location choice in customize section for example and only show one service then the calendar will show straight away and you skip choosing services, employees and locations for example. No this is not possible Im afraid. Steps from booking form can not be skipped or changed. They need to choose event, ticket and then they can enter their details. What you want to achieve is not possible I'm afraid.
