The status of the SMS is not refreshed automatically. We can log in to your site to test notifications to see if they are sent if you wish. For this, we need remote admin access. Regarding the Queued status:
The SMS often has a status queued but is actually sent.
The status of the SMS is not refreshed automatically.
We can log in to your site to test notifications to see if they are sent if you wish.
For this, we need remote admin access.
