    On my staging site I have set up a 8 week (1 term)  of classes event that is 200$ ie $25 per week.

    is it possible for clients to purchase single or multiple clases say  3thatn go towards the maximum count of 12

    Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

    If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. 

    The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse. 

    Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato. 

    Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.

    We hope you understand.

    It all depends on your set up.

    If you have created events that last 8 weeks then customer can purchase 1 ticket at a set price that will give them access to all 8 events

    If you have set services and you offer packages then you can create different packages for 3, 5, 8 appointment, etc

    Or you can offer recurring appointments and price will multiply for each appointment.

    Since you reach out to us in pre purchase category we an not see what type of license you have to offer concrete solution.

    Make sure that you are using latest version that is 7.4 since we do not provide support for older outdated version and also if your license has expired you do not have access to our support and you need to purchase a new one. 

    In case that your license is valid and you still need help with the setup please open a new ticket in Amelia category with your purchase code that you can find in your profile in our store and include screenshots of what you are trying to achieve and we will gladly help you there.

    Thank you this works when I create a single ticket but it does not indicate the cart until the email goes to the customer buying that ticket

    We can know if your license support cart and what and where the issue is because you reach out to us in pre purchase category. Also we do not know what version you are using if it older then 7.4 we can not help because we do not provide support for outdated versions or for license that are expired.

    If you have a valid license please reach out to us in Amelia category and open a ticket with your purchase code and there send us a couple of screenshots of the issue or a host one minute video. If your license is still active and update to the latest version we will gladly help you there.
