Is there any way to set up an automation with Amelia? I'd like to add a customer automatically to a package after they make a purchase. I've tried Zapier, Pabbly Connect, and Uncanny Automator. Pabbly and Uncanny only have WP Amelia listed to trigger events, but I cannot perform an action (e.g. buy service, buy package, etc.)
Not sure if this is possible we will forward this to our level 2 agents and as soon as we get feedback from them we will contact you again on this ticket.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that unfortunately, there is no automation for this process. There is an Amelia REST API feature (if this is what you referring to), but it's only included in the Elite license.
