How can I change price for a single appointment to free so my workers see thast they dont have to take money from client? Or how can I edit appointment and mark it for example with 10% discount?
If you configure the service price to 0, on the front end, the pricing will not be displayed on the booking form for that particular service. But if your customers want to schedule an appointment from the backend, they won't be able to see the pricing in the appointment window until the service is booked.
The same goes for discounts, they can add the discount coupon manually when creating a new appointment from the backend.
Let me know if it heps or if this is what you are looking for.
None of this answers my questions. This does not make sense. I need to set price 0 or 100% for ONE appointment so my workers can see it is free of a charege and I can see that in dashboard statistics. We recently migrated from another plugin, where it was possible. See screenshot. I could add discount code or manually edit price. That is a simple thing.
For example just now- client called me that they somehow missed the discount code input, but they have the code and they are entitled to a discount. I promised them to correct the problem. What is the solution?
I cant understand why have you made option - edit payment details, because you cannot change anything under that section 😃
Unfortunatelly, you can't edit the price once the booking is confirmed. In the Finance section, when you click on the edit payment details, you can edit the status and the ammount that has been paid. For example, if you enter the ammount that is less then full amount, the status will be "Partially Paid" or you can mark other statuses.
As for the coupon code, once this option is enabled, you can only enter the coupon if you are booking an appointment manually from the backend. Once the customer already has a booked appointment, there is no option to add the coupon, this is something that needs to be done prior / during the booking process.
Uff this is really really bad. It is really interesting if the client has made an discount input on front-end I can switch coupons (I cant imagine need for it | see screenshot) but if he has forgotten, then there is no such option. Is it really that hard to leave the coupon field on?
Dont bother to convince me that this is a feature not a glitch as in all other tickets. And do not send me to feature request for such a basic option.
Apologies for the delayed answer. It's not a bug or glitch, but currently, this is how the coupon feature works in the backend. I won't be sending the feature request since it's understandable that there should be also the option to add the coupons for the already booked appointments. I've just spoken with the developers and its possible to change this, but, unfortunatelly, can't promise the ETA at this moment.
Instead of the suggestion feature page, i will leave a link to the changelog page where you can keep up with the updates.
