Hey there! I have set up google sync and it syncs new appointments. How can I force sync the old ones because I added manually more than 130 appointments and now they are not syncing because I added google after.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Those time slots can only be unavailable for further booking if they are set to busy. Or you can cancel them one by one and then approve them again. You can turn of option to notify the client about changes
There is no other way I'm afraid.

This should work since this will then be a new appointment. Can you please send us a shot one minute video? In the video please cancel the appointment purge the cache and then approve it again.
As for "your method also only works with the new reservations" we do not get why would you cancel new appointment when this will be already added to the calendar.
As you can see the first example is with a customer added manually - nothing appears in calendar. The second one is new one that registered today. I cleared the cache as you can see, but there is no need even for that, because it shows in calendar in seconds with the new customer...
We have forwarded this to our QA and they confirmed that this is a bug and that it is not working. They have logged this as a bug and this has been forwarded to our developers so that they can take a look and try to fix this if possible in the future. This worked in the past but now, this workaround is not working and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Our developers will look at this and try to set this up again if possible.
