With Google Synchronization, all employees in Amelia can sync their working schedule with their Google Calendar. Each appointment booked in Amelia will be added to their Google calendar with the customer added as a participant.
If Employee already has events in the Google calendar marked as busy, those will not be available for booking in Amelia – this will prevent overbooking. Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. Suppose you reschedule the appointment in Google Calendar. In that case, that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Google Calendar as well.
If I put the appointments in Amelia, I see them in the Google calendar, but if I put something in the Google calendar, the time slots remain available in Amelia's calendar.
Is this happening even if you set the appointment status "busy" in the Google Calendar? In that case, the timeslots won't be available in the Amelia booking form. Also, there is an option "remove busy slots" in the Google Calendar settings. If this is enabled, it will remove the busy slots from the employee google calendar.
The Remove Google Calendar occupied time slots are not enabled. When I place an appointment in the Google calendar, it is set to busy. However, I can still make an appointment through Amelia. I have completed 1 shift and 1 employee.
I linked the employee again to Google. Didn't solve anything unfortunately. Integration was also redone and did not solve the problem either. I ended up uninstalling everything and reinstalling it and that doesn't work either. The problem remains that what I put in Google Calendar does not give a time slot in Amelia and this is exactly what I need. Please resolve this.
Would you be able to provide us with a Staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user,
FTP credentials and the database access ( Either link with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or Hosting Panel),
so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
Extra: I can make appointments in Amelia and I see them appear in my Google calendar and then Amelia creates a time slot, but as soon as I put another appointment in the Google calendar, Amelia does not take this time slot.
There is no need to clone the site actually, just the staging site and WP admin login credentials. We want to avoid possible issues when changing the settings.

Thanks for the credentials. I was able to test it out. You need to increase the "maximum number of events returned" to higher number. This option will increase the maximum number of events per page.
You would need to enable the option "remove busy slots" first in order to change this one.
However, the overview in the calendar has changed. The time now starts at 00:00, so you have to scroll down to see the appointments made during the day. Is it possible to adjust this as well? Thanks in advance.
The time displayed on the calendar depends on the user that you are using to log in. For example, if you are using admin user and the option "allow to book at any time" is enabled, then the time will be shown from 00:00 to 00:00. If you are logged in as a customer, then it will displayed according to the employee working schedule.

Hello Martijn,
Seems like the integration with Google Calendar is not successful. Can you try reconnecting the Google Calendar with the employee?

Hello Stefan,
Completely clear, and thank you for the excellent service.
