No, employees can only book single appointments with already existing customers but appointments from packages can book only admin, managers and customers from the customer panel. Also, we have to mention that employees must not have several roles such as manager and employee. If they have several roles this will create a conflict of roles and Amelia will not function properly. So if you want to allow this to your employees you need to create 2 sperate users with 2 sperate roles and mails.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
so technically it's possible for a Manager to book a session within a package and decrease the amount of appointments left in the customer balance, if I understood correctly. It's just not possible to do so from the emoloyee
Yes, that is correct. You can see and book appointments left on the backend as manager like this
Just in case we have to mention again that employees must not have several roles such as manager and employee. If they have several roles this will create a conflict of roles and Amelia will not function properly. So if you want to allow this to your employees you need to create 2 separate users with 2 separate roles and mails.
Hope this helps.

Last question, would it be possible to limit the permissions for the manager (instead of giving him full admin privilege on Amelia, as I read in the documentation)? I'd like to give manager access only to that function and the calendar. I didn't see anything in the documentation, but would it be possible with a 3rd party permission manager plugin?
Glad that we were able to help. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Not sure if this is possible and we do not recommend changing permission because if something goes wrong we won't be able to help since you set custom permission.
Manager do not see settings and can not delete anything that is the difference and we suggest that you either do this on your own or to give regular permission without changes in permission. But the choice is yours of course.

Hello!
I'd like to buy Amelia for my project, but I have a pre-sale question.
If a customer buys a package, is there a way for the assigned employee to book appointments within that package, using the appointments left in it?
For example, customer buys a package of 10 sessions. The tutor books an appointment for the customer, lowering the number of sessions left to 9.
Hello there,

Great, that actually can work for what I need!
