As the subject says, our customers are unable to see %time_zone% placeholder in the email when the next appointment is booked via Appointments API. In the email, it comes out blank and confuses the customer as to what timezone the appointment timing is showing in the email.
The add appointment endpoint mirrors adding an appointment on the backend in the plugin, so in that instance, the timezone is not sent in the mail. You should use the add booking endpoint for this, but we will see if this can be added in a future update.
