When Employees cancel the appointment, and after they add another in the same slot it doesn't show free space. How to fix it?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We have tested this and we do not have issues with this. Please make sure that this appointment is saved as canceled and that you refresh the page and if this does not show and canceled in that case please purge the cache from the site and the status should change. We are sending you a video where you can see that we can not replicate the issue. If you can and if the status does not change please send us also short one minute video so that we can see how it look on your end.
