We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
My customer needs a tour booking plugin for their ATV rentals, this rental happens in specific hour every day for example:
Every day
8:30 am starts Tour 1
11:00 am starts Tour 2
2:00 pm starts Tour 3
The other time slots are not bookable.
Also if the calendar show only specific time will be help full
Could you please help me understand and send me documentation or screenshots or any example for your premium plugin?
Thanks
Hello Jona,
First of all thanks for showing interest in our plugin and for reaching out to us.
Let me explain how Amelia works. You need to create a service and employee to display the timeslots in the booking form on your page. This means that the timeslots depend on the combination of the service duration and employee working hours.
In your case, this is possible, but each of your Tours would need to have a duration. For example, Tour 1 starts at 08:30 AM but the duration is 3h. You would need to create an employee and assign the working hours to cover that 3 h of service duration.
The booking form will always display the timeslots depending on the customer's choice. So, if the customer chooses Tour 1 as the service, it will display only configured timeslots for this service.
You can find more information on this link.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
