    Dear Amelia Support Team, I am writing to express some urgent concerns regarding the Amelia plugin that we are currently using.

    We are facing significant challenges in configuring our services as per our specific requirements. Specifically, we are unable to set up a service duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes, and we also cannot configure the system to allow bookings based on the number of hours a client wishes to reserve. These functionalities are crucial for the smooth operation of our business.

    Despite reaching out for support, we have not received timely assistance, which is impacting our ability to effectively use your plugin. Prompt and effective support is essential for us to continue using Amelia.

    We value the capabilities that Amelia offers, but without the necessary support and functionality, we are unfortunately considering the possibility of discontinuing its use and exploring other plugin options. This is not a decision we take lightly, but our business needs compel us to consider it.

    Could you please provide immediate assistance to resolve these configuration issues? Your prompt response and support in this matter would be greatly appreciated and could influence our decision to continue using Amelia.

    Hello there Santiago,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We try to reply as fast as we can but when there is a great influx of tickets our response time is a little slower. Now I can see that this is a duplicate ticket, and we already covered this topic in another ticket where my colleague has responded already so you can continue correspondence with him there:

    For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.

    We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!

    If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you out!
